The membership of ODIA consists of Oklahoma’s military contractors serving every aspect of America’s national security apparatus. We are the only organization in Oklahoma that is committed to promoting those that serve the defense mission of every branch of the military and intelligence services.​

​By becoming a member of the ODIA, you gain access to the latest intelligence on important issues and insider research on emerging challenges and opportunities. In addition, you are fueling our fight for government policies and regulations that help the defense community grow in our state by eliminating bureaucratic barriers and strengthening Oklahoma’s economy.

No matter what member level you choose, an ODIA membership provides valuable opportunities to connect with high level government and defense industry leaders. Engaging and leveraging our network brings endless collaboration/partner opportunities.

Director Member

$10,000/year

Representatives set the organizational direction, lead committees, serve at the Board of Directors level, and attend ODIA events at the member price including VIP receptions. Unlimited number of people within the company on the ODIA membership.

This membership offers active participation at all levels of the organization. Access to exclusive experiences and moving the mission forward.

Academia

$5,000/year for out-of-state institutions​

FREE for Oklahoma academic institutions

Representatives from colleges and universities can participate in standing committees, attend select board meetings as non-voting members, and attend ODIA events at the member price.

​This membership provides valuable opportunities to connect faculty, staff, and others with high level government and defense industry leaders.

Advisory Member

$2,500/year

Representatives can sit on standing committees, attend select board meetings as non-voting members, and attend ODIA events at the member price. Up to seven (7) people within the company on the ODIA membership.

​This membership provides varying levels of engagement to guide the organization and be involved in advocating for the industry.

Associate Member

$1,000/year

Representatives can attend networking meetings and ODIA events at the member price. Up to three (3) people within the company on the ODIA membership.

This membership provides access to the ODIA network.

Individual Member

$500/year

$100/year - Active/Reserve/Guard/Civil Service/Student

Individuals can attend ODIA events at the member price. This membership is for one (1) person in their name (not their organization/company).

This membership is for the individual looking to start or advance their presence within the defense/national security industry.

Can also be used to add additional representatives of an existing company's membership. (i.e., Company X is an Advisory Member who wants to add 2 more people to their ODIA membership.

Committee Engagement

As a part of this network, you will join a group of passionate individuals and organizations working together to establish Oklahoma as a premiere state where defense contractors conduct business, create jobs, and expand operations. Your participation is vital to the success of the mission.

Government Affairs

Government Affairs

This committee will work alongside the Association's contract lobbyist, executive director, standing committees, and Board of Directors to determine the legislative agenda for the association. This committee will publish an annual Government Affairs priority list to the Association.

Workforce Development

This committee will work alongside Oklahoma's career techs, installations, and defense companies to empower Oklahoma's workforce to benefit the Defense and Aerospace industries.

Acquisition Oversight Committee

This committee will work with industry partners to promote reform efforts.

Installation ​Resiliency

Installation ​Resiliency

This committee will work with vendors and suppliers for Oklahoma's military installations to determine needs and procure resources to ensure each installation is as prepared as possible for unforeseen circumstances and catastrophic events.

Aerospace

Aerospace

This committee will work with Aerospace companies to develop Association positions on aerospace issues. This committee will focus on developing the ecosystem to ensure further growth in Oklahoma's Aerospace industry.

This committee will oversee the recruitment of new members, engaging its existing membership, and the continued growth of the Association.

BRAC & Defense Community Affairs

BRAC + Defense Community Affairs

This committee will work with military installations and their supporting communities to advance Oklahoma's installations efforts and interests.

Special Events

This committee will work with staff to plan and execute a yearly symposium to educate lawmakers, the defense industrial base, and stakeholders on defense issues in Oklahoma.

ODIA offers a variety of meetings, conferences, and events each year, providing a platform for industry, government, and academia to collaborate, communicate, and network. ODIA convenes groups and individuals for the exchange of ideas, which encourages research and development, promotes the exploration of emerging trends, and facilitates discussion on the complex challenges and evolving threats to our country.

Member-Only Events & Webinars

Member-only webinars on topics of interest to the defense community. Leveraging the insight and engagement of our policy team, these webinars cover topics ranging from workforce development to solidifying a strategic plan to grow the aerospace and defense ecosystem.

Public Policy ​& ​Advocacy​

Regardless of the business climate, defense spending, procurement, and acquisition always draw concerns. ODIA members know that they have a place to voice concerns and an advocate in Oklahoma and Washington to work with officeholders and executive branches of government on industry issues and to guide legislation and policy. The Association serves as an advocate for a variety of issues.
