The Oklahoma Defense Industry Association aims to be the trusted leader and representative voice of Oklahoma’s defense industry, military installations, and national security interests in the state and Washington, D.C.

Strategic Priorities

Build Relationships

Facilitate a statewide network for defense related businesses to connect and foster cooperation for the improvement of defense industry in Oklahoma.

Policy Advocacy

Advocate for policies that will advance the political interests of Oklahoma defense contractors at the state and federal level.

Collaborative Production

Promote collaborative production and research among defense contractors and Oklahoma defense installations.

Long-Term Viability

Work with defense installations and supporting communities to position Oklahoma military installations for positive outcomes during Base Realignment and Closure rounds.

Senate Armed Services Hearing

On Tuesday, Oct. 5, the Senate Committee on Armed Services held a hearing to review nominees for the positions of Under Secretary of the Army; Assistant Secretary of the Army for Energy, Installations, and the Environment; Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Research Affairs; and Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics.
